The Current scenario of IT in India

The current scenario of IT in India is going good when the people work for knowledge and the salary they get for the work done by them.
But nowadays the scenario is getting changed because of the companies who get them into their company on contract basis..When this goes then its all going to be a situation where the people of US faced when they demanded money rather than work.
Now when this is the situation then all the work will be done for money money and money.. So finally the companies will move on to other countries where the people accept a reasonable salary for their work..
The next competitor for us is China,they lack in English but are good and hard working people.
